Tent Installation Crew (Labor)

Tent Installation Crew Members are responsible for assisting with the delivery, set-up, removal, storage of event tents and equipment. Entry level position with opportunity for advancement to crew leader positions. Schedule will require long daily shifts, weekend work, and occasional travel. Most of this work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions. This is a labor intensive position - work is fast paced, demanding, and very rewarding. This position grants you the opportunity to travel, overtime and bonus potential.

Warehouse Crew (Labor)

Warehouse Crew Members will assist with the daily operations at our Charlottesville, Va warehouse. Responsibilities will include the daily receiving and processing of company goods, loading and unloading trucks, assisting with inventory and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our warehouse.  Successful candidates will be self-motivated, will have proven warehousing experience, will have good time management and organizational skills.   This job will require repetitive lifting and carrying of heavy items, as well as continued walking, kneeling, standing, and movement up and down ladders. Warehouse crew members will have a set weekly schedule, and will perform most of the required labor in an industrial warehouse setting.

Warehouse Manager (Operations)

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will work alongside our Operations Management team to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, processing, and dispatch of our event rental equipment and fleet of vehicles.  You will manage the Warehouse crew members to confirm accuracy and efficiency in the daily loading and receiving of company trucks and equipment.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Assistant Account Manager (Sales)

Skyline Tent Company seeks an energetic, customer focused Assistant Account Manager to join our successful Event Sales team!

The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with potential and current clients through the planning and execution of events requiring our tenting services. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as an attention to detail and focus on quality. Additionally, candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, should be able to learn new tasks quickly and confidently, and should be able to maintain an extreme level of professionalism at all times, allowing them to think out of the box to provide efficient solutions to unexpected or last minute issues.

Primary responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

•Handling telephone, email, and in-person correspondence
•Preparing accurate quotes/contracts for clients
•Submitting appropriate order information to internal management for review
•Attending staff meetings to keep apprised of current/planned events and schedules
•Attending all necessary meetings with planners, host site staff, etc. to confirm accuracy in all details and specifications, to include final site visitation to verify that product has been completed as designed
•Timely execution of all tasks and correspondence to clients and management in order to maintain positive working relationships
•Initiation of a campaign to generate leads and bring in new business; clients, groups, venues
•Networking with other event professionals to develop company/brand recognition
•Completion of special projects as designated by Executive Account Manager
