This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit skylinetentcompany.com (the “Site”), request a consultation or quote, communicate with us, or use our tent rental, event design, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Site or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Skyline Tent Company is part of the Curated Events family of brands. Information you provide to us may be processed by our affiliated companies and shared service platforms for the purposes described in this Policy.

We collect information you voluntarily submit, including when you complete our contact form, request a consultation, call or email us, or engage us for an event:
- Identifiers and contact details — name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and company or organization name.
- Event details — event type and date, estimated guest count, venue name and site address, budget range, design preferences, layout requirements, and any other details you share about your event.
- Communications — the content of emails, form submissions, text messages, call notes, and consultation records.
- Transaction and billing information — billing address, purchase order details, contract and proposal records, and payment status. Payment card and bank account details are processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Career and employment information — if you apply through our Careers page, we collect your résumé, employment history, references, and any other details you submit.
- Marketing preferences — your subscription status and communication preferences.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies, pixels, tags, and server logs:

- Affiliated companies — Curated Events and affiliated brands for shared sales, design, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Service providers and vendors — website hosting, CRM and marketing automation, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, accounting, insurance, and IT support providers, each bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Event partners and subcontractors — venues, event planners, caterers, lighting and AV vendors, generator and climate-control suppliers, installers, and transportation providers, where necessary to execute your event.
- Permitting and regulatory authorities — fire marshals, building departments, and local authorities where required for tent permits, engineering certifications, and inspections.
- Professional advisors — attorneys, auditors, and insurers.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
- Legal compliance and protection — where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skyline, our clients, or the public.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including:
- Contract, event, and financial records — the term of the engagement plus the applicable statutory retention period (typically at least 7 years for tax and accounting records)
- Safety, engineering, and insurance records — as required by applicable statutes of limitation and insurance requirements
- Marketing contacts — until you unsubscribe or request deletion
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8.1 All Visitors
